About Me
As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with adults who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by experiences from the past that continue to shape how they feel and function today. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, insomnia, and perinatal mental health. I also support clients navigating relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions.

My therapeutic style is warm, active, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, while also helping you make meaningful progress toward the things that brought you to therapy. I believe therapy can be both supportive and challenging: a place to better understand yourself, learn new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and begin changing patterns that are no longer serving you.

I tend to take a structured but flexible approach. We will work together to understand what is contributing to the difficulties you are experiencing, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop a treatment plan that fits both the research and who you are as an individual.
What We Can Work On Together
-
Understanding the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences contributing to your distress
-
Processing traumatic or difficult experiences that continue to affect you
-
Gradually approaching situations, thoughts, or feelings you may have been avoiding
-
Developing greater flexibility in how you relate to difficult thoughts and emotions
-
Building practical skills for managing distress and regulating emotions
-
Building greater confidence in your ability to navigate difficult experiences

I see therapy as an active, collaborative process. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop skills you can continue to use beyond therapy, and feel more equipped to move toward the life you want. Throughout the process, we will make sure our work remains relevant to your goals and continues to move in a direction that feels meaningful to you.
