About Me

Everyone deserves a space where they feel understood, accepted, and supported. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in genuine connection. Whether you're navigating stress, relationship challenges, parenting, or the unique experiences that come with being neurodivergent, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building the confidence and practical skills to move forward.

I work with children and youth (11+), adults, couples, and families, with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as parents and families navigating new diagnoses, communication challenges, and periods of overwhelm. As a neurodivergent therapist and parent of neurodivergent children, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work, allowing me to offer a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming perspective.
