About Me

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by intense emotions, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or caught between wanting closeness and fearing it? Many people experience emotional highs and lows, chronic anxiety, anger, or self-critical thoughts that make daily life feel harder than it should. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. With eight years of clinical experience, I support adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental-health concerns.
