About Me

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to navigate the challenges in front of you? I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where adults can explore their inner experiences and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. I view therapy as a vulnerable form of self-investment. It takes courage to seek support, and I am honoured to walk alongside clients as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Areas I Work With

  • Anxiety, stress, and worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Trauma and past relational injuries

  • Emotional regulation challenges

  • Self-esteem difficulties

  • Life transitions and overwhelming stressors

  • Cultural identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences

My Approach

My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor each session to the client’s unique needs, supporting growth, resilience, and self-understanding at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I draw primarily from:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Emotion-Focused techniques

  • Mindfulness-based strategies

Clinical Training & Background

I am a Master’s student in Clinical Psychology, completing my clinical training under the supervision of Dr. Iris Antonopoulos, C.Psych. As an Indo-Canadian woman, I value cultural sensitivity and practice through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens that honours each client’s identity, background, and lived experience.

Accessibility & Low-Cost Services

As part of my supervised training, I am pleased to offer:

  • Low-cost therapy

  • Low-cost adult ADHD assessments
