About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I support adults in reconnecting with their authentic selves while working through the challenges of anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and perfectionism. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about rediscovering your inner strength, softening self-judgment, and releasing what holds you back from living a more grounded and meaningful life.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood—where your experiences, emotions, and needs are met with curiosity and care.
